Best place to work and environment is friendly. Team is supportive and CEO of company is so supportive and encouraging. I’d worked in 2-3 organisations but this is one of best place to work. I’d just learned the definition of Work-life-balance but in real what exactly it is I’ve experienced here in INSNAPSYS. Thank you INSNAPSYS for choosing me. Great place to work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
