Team mates were helpfu, supportive but management does not like all the employees to enjoy and work

Dislikes

Career growth is good but compensation is very little. Appreciation is not given. The owners easily trust the old employees hear say. Appraisals are delayed. Old employees gets all the appreciation, good salary and all the benefits...new employees need to struggle. No work culture. New joinees are left to learn on themselves.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
