I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Jay group is good,but it is not of any use for employees as not proper grade system. Management is so much poor that .takes lot of time to take dicission. Selfish nature of managers. Traveling facilities not good. Canteen good. Unskilled employee staff. 3 Month notice period. Hr use to irritate the employee unnecessarily.
