Doesn't matter how hard you work they won't recognize it and will fire employees whenever they want without even giving the right reason and there are many unsatisfied employees who has left the job by themselves due to poor work culture.

Very good and exhaustive training program on ServiceNow and BMC platform. Post that you are deployed in projects and your salary sees a jump. Very good company for professionals with 1-2 yrs of coding experience.

Dislikes

You have to be in the company for 15 months because of the bond which is understandable as the company invests a good fortune in training programs.
