Work culture means the way things work in the organisation. The only way to get things done here is by being in TL's or AM's good books. Party with them, smoke up with them, be their flatterer. Men at bigger posts think the girls are their assets, but people do not report these as when u report such thing, suddenly u are put on PIP and eventually u r thrown out of the company.

Zomato has the environment where flatterers gets everything, and even 30-35% yearly hikes or they get mid year increment in exchange of personal favours with seniors. But the others do not get sufficient increments even if they work hard. I've spent 4 good years here but there wasn't a day when I was proud. This is my 3rd organisation n the best organization ever in India.Over all work experience was very good as I work in many departments n I saw the organization when it was gworing very fast.I started the work with Logistics when we received only 3000 from all cities of india after that I saw that phase also when we started to receive 2 Lakh order in a day.The working environment was perfect and the culture was unbelievable as we all celebrated all festival together.If I am talking about career then everyone had equal to opportunity for growth.This was the only company who was paying the highest salary to employees.Finally I had work satisficiton at Zomato.. As i was part of that organization more then 1.5 year. I gave more then 10 hour to that organization on daily basis. Its like we become a part of family there with associate ,TL, Manager. I learned so many things from that place. All TL or any sr. were very cooperative and they know how exactly lead a team . As Zomato was part of my life but not any more. I would like to tall frankly that they really do the bad thing that they fired 541 employees without giving them any notice, on reaction time and they know that there is no vacancy in any organization and that really defficult for that employees who are not working for there own ....they working for there family.
