Work life balance is terrible, company culture is worst because of the management. You will be forced to work on weekends and work pressure is at it’s highest. Only join zomato if you’re willing to work under bad managers.

No proper performance measurement parameters, they changes every month. Everything depends on your manager or boss and no one notice your performance. No matter whatever you do for organization, no matter whatever your ideas are they will never notice you and whenever there is appraisal cycle manager/boss only prefers his favourite candidates and your performance doesn't matter. There are few Area Leads who don’t care about anything and only their targets. No Appraisal and your designation could change anytime

The entire team under him feels heavy pressure always and he never appreciates your good work and try to find anything small or minor things which you might have done wrong or miss to bring you down and demotivate you. The facilities provided to the employees regarding period leaves etc are good. The management is very approachable. The salary offered is good.

Dislikes

The Business Analysis role is predominantly sales. Minimal scope for analysis. One receives calls from clients at highly odd hours. Since they mention "flexible" hours, you are pretty much working the entire day.
