I'm very happy with my team and I love tha fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base.and many occasions for me and my team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes, i have to work 8_12 hours straight in a day.

Company has too much pressure environment with not supporting HR policies, Managers cut your leaves and applied leaves without any prior information. 1.Salary deduction upto 500 for unknown reasons most of the months. 2.Not issuing the ESI card. 3.Could not reach the HR through phone or WhatsApp. Because he was sitting in the head office. Only 2 HR working for Pan India. 4.My pf account got disabled because of the company. But I didn't get the proper response from the company side to solve that issue. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount till now.
