Innovsorce services is good manpower sourcing firm, but it has to improve their working environment for their employees. Company has too much pressure environment with not supporting HR policies, Managers cut your leaves and applied leaves without any prior information. 1.Salary deduction upto 500 for unknown reasons most of the months. 2.Not issuing the ESI card. 3.Could not reach the HR through phone or WhatsApp. Because he was sitting in the head office. Only 2 HR working for Pan India. 4.My pf account got disabled because of the company. But I didn't get the proper response from the company side to solve that issue. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount till now.
