Likes

Not good ,work hard in/out of duty hours, Sunday as working days. Innov office not care about us any time. As example they don't receive our queries any time. I am so disappointed. And the most important part NO JOB SECURITY. ANY TIME CLIENT/COMPANY THROWS U OUT.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
