Fake commitment no motivation no consistent policy no leadership and team handling qualities. high attrition rate . Work timings, company's product, company's policies which can change on any day, there is no proper weekly off scheduled for field sales employee. Anytime they can cancel weekly offs of field sales team. In this company SRO, ASE, ASM, BM, STATE HEAD, and VICE PRESIDENT all are working for same product in a same manner. If you workedin any reputed company then I will personally recommend not to join this company or don't resign from your existing employer. or if you are working in this company then I'll personally recommend that every telephone call you should record.
