Fresher don't join for this company, because they will not provide good environment and good vibes, heavy work pleaser come less salary. Recruiting people from India to Dubai and there’s no proper location in Dubai and they also want good looking girls to relocate to Dubai I feel this company is a scam Guys please be careful before joining. They are running illegal gaming/betting platform called betstarexch.com in the face of "Innovexic technology" where players/users lose there money, Before interview and in interview they will tell the company name Innovexic technology which doesn't exist in Bangalore and they will tell to relocate to Dubai after 1 month probation period until want to work from home option it will be there, in Dubai the company name called "Innovage technology" which doesn't exist there also, in induction and training also they will not tell the exact work/job role, they will not show there faces who and all working in this company including trainer also and if we ask the time to relocate or if do delay in submitting original documents they will not extend the time and they will not allow to work from home in Bangalore after probation period, they will remove from the job without any notice period if we not agreed to relocate to Dubai in the middle of working shift only but you will get a on time salary when you are working from home in bangalore after relocating in Dubai don't know! Please be careful when joining get to know all the details about the company in Dubai because in Dubai offer letter there will be a 2 years contract after relocating there is a chances of taking your original passport and highest qualification certificate. 9 hours of shifts, rotational shifts, rotational week off's, 6 days of working, they will not provide any leaves they will give inappropriate reasons to take leave, leave policy and notice period is for only name sake....Read More

Company doesn’t exist it got shut down 6 month before even you can’t find the address in google , making some illegal games, will hire for Innovexic but will make you work for some other company, will give on site opportunity which is one more fraud scheme to hire people, on top level all people are corrupted they simplytake salary by doing nothing and even add extra hours , if your source more profiles in a day they will simply reject the people by giving lame excuses even without taking the interview and will blame you for your poor performance, senior Hr is most worst and her favourite team lead they will form a group and both will torture you like anything especially during your notice period or just for entertainment...Read More
