They are running illegal gaming/betting platform called betstarexch.com in the face of "Innovexic technology" where players/users lose there money, Before interview and in interview they will tell the company name Innovexic technology which doesn't exist in Bangalore and they will tell to relocate to Dubai after 1 month probation period until want to work from home option it will be there, in Dubai the company name called "Innovage technology" which doesn't exist there also, in induction and training also they will not tell the exact work/job role, they will not show there faces who and all working in this company including trainer also and if we ask the time to relocate or if do delay in submitting original documents they will not extend the time and they will not allow to work from home in Bangalore after probation period, they will remove from the job without any notice period if we not agreed to relocate to Dubai in the middle of working shift only but you will get a on time salary when you are working from home in bangalore after relocating in Dubai don't know! Please be careful when joining get to know all the details about the company in Dubai because in Dubai offer letter there will be a 2 years contract after relocating there is a chances of taking your original passport and highest qualification certificate. 9 hours of shifts, rotational shifts, rotational week off's, 6 days of working, they will not provide any leaves they will give inappropriate reasons to take leave, leave policy and notice period is for only name sake....Read More
