it was an awesome experience working with this company. Here the team was treated as the family, and the Director of the company Mr. Sujeeth sir was like a very good mentor for me , he supported me very good as a family. Working with this company was a very good experience.

Dislikes

Frankly speaking there was nothing which i could say that i dislike about the company but there are some personal issues of mine, but that will be very hilarious if i discuss here . But it was a good experience working here.

Work Details

it was very exciting and some times boring but hectic never because i love to work as much as i can.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
