They will force you to complete the target and otherwise they will give you threts the owner seeks its own benifit only no fixed time of work you have to work atleast 9 hrs a day and much more than that and salary comes on 10 with a contract breach

There is nothing to like here. The office culture and people are so toxic that you will feel suffocated from day 1.

-No learning -Highly Toxic culture and people who are not ready to help -No leaves even if you are dying -Arrogant MD who has no respect for employees and judges them on basis of region, clothes and color -Better to be jobless than join this organization
