There is nothing to like at this company. During initial days of joining in Nov 2022, the staff-team lead in Physics, the assistant manager and almost all interacted appreciatively.

Eventually the policy of the company are altered as such no person who is working there has a job security, even if the offer letter states, the employer or the employee shall provide one month notice (for SME role) or one month salary in lieu of that on immediate termination. But, they do have a habit of terminating anyone or everyone by an intimation just one hour. In my case, they terminated me on 14th stating last working day as 13th. The most prominent reason for such acts is provided as SME's performance issue even when there is no intimation on the performance earlier and even after significant constant improvement if any warning was issued otherwise<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no difference between a Full time employee, freelancer, an intern or a contractual employee as all are paid as per common target (specific to subject and project)</mark>. They do have a concept of night allowance but do not produce any policy framework for it. They provide as per their wish. I did not receive any even after working for around 2 years wholeheartedly at night shift. Once someone is promoted, they have set examples of cases where the person had been demoted without any performance issue. They do not share important details of offer letter which can influence your job security when the job is actually offered. But they share those details when you have joined the company or basically have resigned and completed your time at last company. In nutshell, there is no professionalism in any of the policy makers and people running it. The work life balance and commitment of the authority is not what they say. They do not have well versed and sorted team of HR and the people behind the schedule of work.
