Initially, the manager was supportive and gave me more opportunities to enhance my skills.

Salary is poor and there are no other benefits other than salary. The company gives in to the whims and wishes of managers who make decisions on personal likes and dislikes; personal interests; and insecurities rather than seeing the company's benefit. They support meek employees whom they think they can easily manipulate. I also felt regionalism in this company from some people. The company also does not promote equality which was evident from its culture of making employees work on holidays meant for other religions than Hinduism. For it they gave incentives....Read More
