Just passed days. No any excitement, Because our daily job is not code and learn something new but just copy and paste. We dint get time for improving skills. All 8-9 Hrs continues work . Without asking to developers give deadlines to its clients.

Management is impatience, even if they want an employee to resign or relieve then please at least let her/him serve a notice period so that the employee can get a time to search for another opportunity and his work life gets balanced. Money's pending too
