joined company in july 2021 for devops,they scheduled interviews on data science ,python developer all 3 interviews guess what with out JD and they terminated for not clearing 3 interviews without salary and 15days notice period

As it is service based company, you have work only when you have projects. Salary Hikes are less, Work pressure is more to meet the deadlines. All the new technologies to be learnt on our own, no guidance from seniors. More preference is given to employees who are close to management. Carrier growth is less as one may not get any training on learning new things apart, only assigned work.
