Hired for contract role for client Deloitte initially it was said for 2 years but project ended within 7 months only and Innominds did not give me any other project which was very difficult also no job security if hired for clients role.

My career was started with innominds it's very good company and this is the secure job mostly there is a work life balance. coming to my work I'm working in CD department there I feel friendly work environment. Innominds will conduct every festive event, and we are very interested to participate on those.

Remuneration is good and the wfh policy is flexible and favours the employees. Work like balance will depend entirely on your client, since this is a service based company.
Projects are limited, bench strength is higher than ideal. This makes the company use all means necessary to reduce salary by withholding certain components. Since projects are already less, the managers will say yes to anything and everything that the client says.

They hire with good package
There is no job security and bench policy is too bad..only 1st month they give full salary..after they cut the salary.. mostly they maintain payroll /staffing company . Currently management also not good . And bench we need to come daily office ...and they cut salary every month some amount if we have a project also ....if we ask they r tell more stories...

Until you got escalated from customer no one will touch you. No mandate working hours. Until you meet the deliverables no issue. They will give you good amount while joining only. Never expect good hike or timely hike.
It has lot of white elephants. They won’t grow and they won’t let you grow. Here designation is different and work will be different. If you want your work to be exposed, you need to get escalated by your customer and you need to resolve the problem. In some dominoes lot of micromanagement will be there. 80% of the chances that you may not get company performance pay of 5%. This want happened from the initial day onwards. They hire the people with no projects in hand and put you in LOP. They will not schedule even a single interview with clients for Project Allocation even after 1.5 years after joining. Company perfomance linked deductions of 5% from past 1.2 years. No hikes will be given here instead salary deduction is done.
