Everyone is super kind and welcoming here. Innofied always provide learning environment with lots of resources. Got lots of opportunity to work on different kind of projects and to work with different clients from all over the world. This way I have gain lots of work experience very quickly. Innofied always support its employees. We didn't face any layoffs during rough times( covid).

Dislikes

tons of new works which is great but some time I feel like there isn't enough employees to start all of it.

I will be very frank.. The work life balance may differ according to project. According to me the work was never an issue with in the project. its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per the client requirement. Innofied has some great core values to create boundaries. An envelope to work within. everyone is welcome here. everyone feels comfortable and included here. I got lots of opportunities to learn and grow. There is no office politics. Flexibility and freedom when it comes to when and how to work.

Management team and seniors are very helpful and friendly. Their company policy, leave policy, health insurance policy is very transparent and beneficial. It seems strange to say this but Innofied has too many learning opportunities. There are so many people here hungry to educate you that I often feel like I can't absorb it all.

The best thing about this company is its culture. Everyone is given equal opportunity to grow professionally and personally. everyone is very professional and very transparent about everything. There is zero corporate politics. You'll surround by incredibly smart and very nice fun loving people around you. The HR policy and leave policy is very transparent.

Sometimes when deadline hits you have to face lots of work pressure but that is also manageable.

Completely disappointed with company. Made worst decision of my life. Rude people in management including HR. HR person is not having any idea about anything as only management taking decisions. Even HR email id is with management who is less bothered about replying to your mails.

Arrogant people who are less bothered about what people are going through For pending salary after leaving, you will get only uncertain replies till the waiting period, and after that no effort to reply to your calls, messages, or mails. You literally need to beg to reply to your mail. HR does not have any idea about anything, for everything you should reach out to management who is least bothered about replying to you. False commitments about team size, and benefits which you will never get. You will never get an offer letter till you join the company. So they can structure it the way they want and you will never ever be in a position to decline the offer due to no other job in hand....Read More
