Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. What together is always fun here. Company policies are not so transparent and good especially sick leave policies, appraisals are fair and they give 10-20% salary hike. But keep in mind they will increase your salary only till around 40-50K, after that their hike becomes very less....Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. You will have to work same repetitive task always. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. Based on the project you may be told to change your w ork domain to a specific technology. Because very less developer are on bench and for this reason you may always have 2-3 project at hand at a time....Read More
