- From chemist point of view, one will be challenged to upgrade their skills and knowledge on department / project in and out. - We get exposure to not only on your expertise but also from other domains.

Doesn't know much about management and amy other departments. The department I am from doesn't have any urgent or big headache issues.

As its a startup company most of the employees have to do multitasking, i.e. to work in different domains. Few employees are upset about this, but they never understand that they are learning a lot of new things this way. Here we get freedom at work and work culture is very good. I have been working here from last 2.5years and have learned a lot of things in different domains, which I would have never learned in a multinational company too.
