I joined as Android Developer Trainee. Work environment is good but no job security. Due to pandemic they extended internship for 3 months without any prior notice. Managers expect too much from freshers. Mentors are really helpful.

Dislikes

Career growth is good but feel like people are underpaid. Management shows employee who joined there have very bright future and talks with sugar coating but we need to understand that sugar is slow poisonous.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
