There is nothing to like in inMorphis except few co-workers.

No Job Security, No value of your POV, No Appreciation. At the time of Appraisal they will count you your lows only and never guide to improve yourself. Dirty politics in the organization which ruins many hard working employees life or carrier. They will force you to put resignation once they found a better option than you. No work life balance and the main thing is there is no Job security.
