Job Security was strong, the team supportive and there wre great chances for promotions and regular appraisala. i was always learing new things, which kept me excited about my work.

Nothing. The management doesn't seem to care of about work life balance and upon that no health care of employee

Some pathetic managers and their toxic working habits. They don't care about you or your personal time, they pitch anywhere, anytime even if you are sick. No working hours, no timezone, nothing. Horrible work culture I have face during my career. I felt like mental trauma. I was in depression because of these people
