Hands down one of the best culture you can think of. InMobi is for those who want to work with the best minds in the country, feel safe about their job and at the same time, work on ground level challenges.

Work is monotonous. You cannot expect to be playing multiple hats. After a point your personal growth becomes a question although the managers make sure you are getting decent hike.

HR is dummy here in company ..Boss decide the employee life. HR is very weak here and HR industry processes are not followed.. it is just a shop not corporate organisation…no ethics and values here. HR head and CEO are not interested in internal atrocities happened against employees by leaders…
