The company is open to innovation and readily latest team that markets, high quality travel is location. I love the company, I also like the employee require policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day,and sometime late into the night, managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
