They will first hire you as an intern in the company after completion of the internship(3-5 months) they will make you a permanent employee ( Use and throw Concept). They offer a Very less salary but the workload is equal to 2 to 3 employees work Leaves are also less.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
