Here to share my interview experience. After 3 rounds of virtual interviews and 1 face to face interview which was done over a period of more than a month. I can confirm that I was selected because I was asked to submit my documents (salary slips, appraisal letter, ID proof etc.). Later on, after submitting documents they said I wasbeing kept on hold. Didn’t make sense as to what they were looking for. I was also asked to give 2 professional references out of which 1 had to be of my current manager. To which I spoke with my current manager that I will need his reference as I was selected for this position and would be soon resigning. Needless to say, it caused a lot of problems with my current job and on top of the mental agony that I went through. Also, I was very clear from the first call about my salary, experience, and my expectations. Calling a spade a spade, have to say the office looked good and the people working over there fine.
