Ok for freshers for working 1 year to 2 year maximum as freshers will get good support from the seniors. They help a lot in learning but after a good experience of 1-2 years you will see projects and works at same level . No new technology no new thing . All the same work repeatedly

Dislikes

Salary is awfully bad . Promotion delaying for 5-6 months is very normal at here. Even adoption new technology is never done . They always stick to Angular-Node-Flutter

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
