Everything, from work culture to work-life balance is concerning. *Even if you are a permanent employee, your position is not secure with in the company. *The level of micromanagement is extreme. *The HR department is unresponsive to employee concerns. *The work environment may lead to numerous health issues. *They’ll hire you as acontingent workers and demand excessive hours working, promising you to permanent worker as incentive. *I would advise you to consider remaining unemployed rather than joining this company. *While Fortrea’s policies are well-intentioned, but management manipulates these policies in a harsh manner, creating a hostile work environment, management misbehave and use inappropriate language with you, not following the labour law set by government of India. Policies are useless in favour of employees. No one has any idea what’s going on in organisation. Not even management. I’m finding really hard to believe that this is one of the top most CROs which deals with employees like that. Utterly disappointing.
