Ive heard company used to be good. Enjoyed first 2 months of work and interaction.

You will drown in office politics, Boot lickers will get noticed and be appreciated here. Toxic environment with so many bottlenecks, where once you begin to go up the ladder your peers will pull you down.

Their no Policing and No monitoring policy. They trust their employees a lot and that is a relief. It lets us be and lets one do their jobs with ownership and accountability. The CEO is a thorough Gentleman :)

Dislikes

There is very less in person interaction with colleagues. But there were efforts made to meet each other during workcations which was good. It should be more often. This not something I dislike but an opinion.
