In the name of corporate culture, seniors are screaming upon you till their stress is gone. Workers are uneducated and not peaceful. Even the assisstant vice president is just 10th pass-- we can understand the mental level of others at the company.

Dislikes

Be ready to face insult everyday. You will stop loving yourself there. The seniors dont work for company's benefit but to nurture their own ego. And yes you can learn lots of dirty politics just to sustain doing job there.

When I joined lots of new and innovative concepts were adopted. Things gelled well initially but then it tapered due to insistence by management to be frugal and multi tasking of varied responsibilities. Company allowed be reasonable amount of abroad travel on various assignments. Offsite was a unique thing and the best part of work life enjoyment.

Pure engineers made to involve in tasks that were not suitable to engineer in profile. Led to ambiguity and frustration as could not deliver desired results.
