I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Good work culture and environment. Organization policy is good. They give salary hike not every year but from time to time. Being an assistant, have to resolve the employees related issues in a timely manner.
