1) I got laptop after 4 days of joining. 2) No induction or proper onboarding for contract employees. 3) No proper training provided. 4) Toxic work environment. 5) If you joined in contract you’re treated like trash I.e no medical facilities, chocolate hamper & not even invited for b’day celebrations how cruel right! 6) If you join in contract you don’t get designation whether you joined as an HR it’ll show as contractor and managers don’t even care to reply to contractor messages or email, again you have to chase them to get work done in short they value & give priority to the designations. 7) Coming to managers they don’t even have interpersonal skills or soft skills knowledge. They’ll not treat you with bare minimum respect & end up loading the tasks without even explaining the steps how to do it. I have seen many colleagues get bombarded on floor in front of many other colleagues how much humiliation one can go. 9) No proper meeting or cabin for 1-1 discussion. 10) No transport facilities. 11) I have left this pathetic company but still receiving the emails that means still my credentials not removed from system it’s been month. 12) while submitting the laptop also it was totally unethical way handled I was told to share my password with new-bee till she get her own laptop well it’s a straight way compliance issue....Read More

As in most of the Organisations today , Mondelez has limited growth opportunities. And becomes a bottleneck after the incumbent spends 2-3 years in the role. The career opportunities in sales are pretty good but very restricted for other functions.
