Job security is good. There were no layoffs during Covid. Personally, my team is good to work with. The role is high visibility.

Dislikes

There is no growth in pre sales in Infosys. All other IT companies, focus on getting their pre sales team work with solution component, however there is no such thing in Infosys which hinders your growth and movement to other companies. The Pre-sales role in Infosys is more of Bid Management role which you can only do for a couple of years.
