Oh its a lovely company for anyone who wants to learn and grow.. you can just ask the kind of work you wnat to do and they’ll pull you in.. One can directly ping to any partner/ senior principal as well India head and just say: “hey i love the engagement you’re working on, can I join you” and they’ll seriously consider you.. That’s the kind of company culture anyone wants!!
