The work culture is very good and at par corporate standard. Being a fresher I have had an enormous opportunity to learn new things. Infosys BPO will help a person blend with the corporate culture and hierarchy very smoothly and efficiently.

The CTC is not at par industry standards. No allowance No overtime pay. No compensation for extra work day

Work Details

Being in a Technical process I got to work with a lot of applications and tools that help any industry run their business efficiently. But as time passed by the job became more redundant and monotonous. Very little scope of Horizontal growth.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
