Most people are very open to talk to and extremely helpful. Salary is very competitive and bonuses are good

Job Switch : is it really easy to switch job and land interviews . There are so many sites with jobs posted and also there are ample amount of jobs as seen but why the resume is not getting selected ? Is there anyone whose resume gets selected in jobs posted ? No pros but if you are someone who is yes boss person then this is the best place for you.

Dislikes

The management has a lot of power. Most of the employees tend to flatter their way up the hierarchy. These employees do not have the knowledge but it comes to no one's surprise when they get promoted year after year.

Work life balance Hikes but company is turning out be worst from last one year , when you are expecting promotion, will be fired.

*Job security as I was laid off. *Partiality in team by management totally biased *Poor hikes and promotions *Company keep doing cost cutting *Many upgrade calls even over weekends and no benefits given *manager doesn’t care your personal interest, keep making global statements
