Recent unnecessary layoffs left a bad impression on the leadership. Promotions are based on amount of years spent in the company not on the skill and experience of engineers. Certain team operates under low budget due to which management doesn’t hire people even if there are requirements. This is causing existing employees to handle unbearable work pressure. No compensation for working during weekends. The devops team schedules production deployments during IST midnight or IST morning on Saturday/sunday. Just a normal functioning firm with all basic benefits. No Nps contribution

Dislikes

Absolutely no job security. At least once in 4 yrs or randomly they do layoff as and when their requirements come and go. No ethics when it comes to employee loyalty.
