Mostly it was a pleasant experience, meeting up with ppl from different backgrounds and some very talented individuals coming up together and contributing collaboratively for a given task, to make the product's user goal achievable and to make the lives easier for the customers who uses the product. WLB: Would say its 50-50, cant expect the work to be smooth always, there will be rough roads at times, but the with the support of the team (matters which team you belong to), one can navigate it safely. I was one of the person who gotten impacted by the sudden layoff, though having an exemplary performance wrt to the product development. It was brutal honestly, but it is what it is. There is no reason or rhymes for this sudden decision which impacted a considerable amount of employees globally and Indian center was the worsely hit region. Albeit, the top leadership ppl were given up huge bonuses and promotions after that which involves in a lot of money, this is i feel really awkward....Read More
