Working for e-learning projects (i.e educational oriented) makes me feel good. It gave a full work satisfaction. Though there were internal POLITICS I quite enjoyed the flexible timings(9 hours compulsory) for some time.

There was no job security. They do deduct PF money from us, but they haven’t payed them which makes us unable to claim the pension contribution after leaving the firm. And the company is far away from current industrial trends. And there was hardly no career growth, as there is no room to learn new things within the organisation.
