Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Working for e-learning projects (i.e educational oriented) makes me feel good. It gave a full work satisfaction. Though there were internal POLITICS I quite enjoyed the flexible timings(9 hours compulsory) for some time.

Dislikes

There was no job security. They do deduct PF money from us, but they haven’t payed them which makes us unable to claim the pension contribution after leaving the firm. And the company is far away from current industrial trends. And there was hardly no career growth, as there is no room to learn new things within the organisation.
