In my company review, despite being hired as a campus recruit, I did not receive the full salary as initially promised in my Cost to Company (CTC) package. Despite expressing concerns about the low CTC during college, I was hired due to the college placement policy. Initially onboarded as a data scientist, my training period was extended by three months due to a lack of available projects, not due to performance issues. Subsequently, I was informed that I would only receive half of my salary until I was staffed on a project. After spending a year on the bench, I pursued additional learning in MERN and MEAN technologies in hopes of securing a project assignment. However, upon finally being allocated a project, I discovered that my salary was not equivalent to that of my colleagues. When I raised this issue with Param(HR), I was informed that my colleagues were receiving full compensation because they were hired laterally.
