I have been working as HR intern in infogrowth. we have been allotted to a trainer there we learnt a lot we are exposed to practical work .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Will surely consider it but as per current norms organization only be able to pay stipend in case of work from office or if you are spending more than 4 hrs. doing any tasks which furnish your skills and as well as it helps HR tasks to be done quickly. But if you are in the Trainee HR internship both of above conditions won't make you eligible for stipend .

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
