If u want to ruin your career...join in this company... Too much of politics.... The total experience in this company doesn't help u in your future career. Bcoz nobody know the type of work done in this company... As a result u will be struck in this company... Even if u resign ,they will manipulate and shows to the higher authorities that the company itself fired us.. If Ur manager has a good opinion on u... U will be happy.... If not.... During my 7 years tenure I enjoyed each work day at Agilis/Infogix. They are focused, innovative and has a vast market presence. With recent acquisitions of Data governance products this company is also making in Gartener's list. Good learning environment for people who like to learn. Though they had to downsize twice when I was there but people got very flexible and hefty compensation. This was the only company I know who share there all earnings in weekly emails.
