I got the good work in latest tech, I just completed 1 year in Infogain and I learnt lots of new technologies.

I didn't find any cons till now.

Till now it's too good, I can't say about other project but in my project I am happy with that and getting good quality work. Infogain also provides trainings in latest tech.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
