Good company to work for, learnt alot. Work life balance maintained.

Dislikes

No team outings. No connection with HO. No team building exercises. Was never called by the comapany to visit HO apart from the training.

Timely Salary with good incentive, if targets are met. Decent company to start your career. After 2 years, one should move out.

Dislikes

Undue pressure for achieving targets. Mid level Mangers are old parasites which just sit in offices (do their own side businesses) and yell at front line executives to achieve targets which are not achievable due to mindless growth numbers over last year.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
