It’s all show off. Everything is fake. Top management do not have any managerial skills.

It is the worst company when it comes to paying salaries of employees. Most of the times salary gets delayed by 3-4 days. Some of the past employees did not receive FNF amount even after 2-3 months of their last working day.

Management is pathetic, just know that you can be thrown at anytime. Managers above 40 years old, still works in old fashioned way, no wfh liberty even if certain jobs don't need everyday visit. No work life balance. And always be ready to get a good ear-blast from the old managers, wh o is hired based on their experiences but didn't learn basic ethics to maintain calm and talk. They have confused leadership. Company has desperately searching for funding their parent company has stopped funding. Sales leadership is handled by a person who do not know ABCD of sales. Every one is just passing their time. I will not suggest anyone to join this organization.
