I started working on wizklub which now acquired by infinity learn. Parent company is Sri Chaitanya. Well I will not say anything about Sri chaitanya because it has a legacy of working in education from past 38 years. And doing good . In wizklub working was very good scope of growth was there.

Dislikes

1) unrealistic expectations from employees. 2) impossible targets 3) no marketing 4) no special campaigns to reach prospect customers. 5) micromanagement 6) no extra time bonus 7) 13+ working hours daily not including travel time. 8) 7 days offical working 9) even make work on holiday 10) no bonus on working on holiday. 11) no leave on national holiday ( no leave on Eid ) 12) no work from home options in extreme condition. 13) no appreciation for hard work 14) no decency in conversation from managers 15) firing without giving performance improvement program or any notice. 16) not approved your own leave to take for personal and family emergency....Read More

I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.

The environment is motivating and the colleagues are co-operative. i had great exposure and many opportunities to manage projects independently early in my career. We work as a team, so no one has to handle all the workload alone. The team leaders are constructive and supportive. They motivate us frequently and offer suggestions to improve our work.
